The results can be sorted (top to bottom) by 1) total downloads
(good freeware tends to get discovered!), 2) CNET Rating
(editorial rating by the editors), or 3) User Rating,
provided by people like YOU (and me!) (but be a little careful
here: fewer votes, however sparkling, mean less reliability
for this metric.) |
IMPORTANT:
Though hundreds or thousands of outstanding titles
may be returned from your search, only 10
of them are usually displayed per window. Be
sure to click

Broad Searches of the same vast collection. (Since
the search interface must be given at least one descriptive
word, we've used the most common words of all (like "the",
"is", & "and") to maximize hits. Typically,
80% or more of the hits returned from these "common word"
searches will overlap: it's the 20% or so that don't that
justify other "common word" searches.) |
